Some Art Institutes in the United States, like Parsons school of design, Otis College, Rhode Island School of Design, Fashion Institute of Technology FIT are design schools teaching art and design and are best known in the creative arts. Fashion design schools have now popped up all over the world offering all sorts of fashion training. In Europe, Asia and Australia, there’re many well established schools as well. The UK’s Central St. Martins renowned for such graduates like Alexander McQueen, John Galliano and Stella McCartney. Schools of art and art and design schools usually offer career services to its graduates. The communication arts as well is a great addition to Fashion by way of the computer. Fashion week wouldn’t survive without it these days. Many students go on to graduate schools in order to pursue teaching careers. Investigate your possibilities to find out exactly where you can fit in. The career opportunities are vast.  Many schools do offer campus & off campus housing and can help you with your professional goals. Instructional design schools can be as short as a  year and up to six years depending on your professional development and goals.
